About the Founder

Panga Institution CEO

Dr. Kouliga Koala is the founder & Managing Director of Panga Institutions LLC, established in Norfolk, Virginia, United States. He holds a Ph.D in Public Administration and Policy; with specializations in Public Procurement and Public-Private Partnerships. Dr. Koala is a Certified Public-Private Partnerships Professional from the APMG.​

Dr. Koala has a record of achievements. He has published several articles in renowed professional journals. Working as a Business Development Manager, Dr. Koala secured a $15.6 million grant from the Commonwealth of Virginia's DHCD for broadband expansion in rural America. 

Previously in 2015-2016, Dr. Koala served as the president of the African Students' Organization and Progress in Minnesota, organizing high level conferences, and leading fundraising campaigns to support local and international initiatives. He currently serves as the President of Faso Dias Viim Assurance, a nonprofit organization of the Burkinabe diaspora for the health and socio-economic wellbeing of North American populations. ​

In 2012-2013, Dr. Koala worked as a Program Coordinator in the Sahel Region of Burkina Faso with the  Association of Beneficiaries of Cultural Exhange Programs between the United States and Burkina Faso (ABPEC-US-BF); organizing conferences on peaceful cohabitation and leadership involving governors, provincial directors, county administratrors; and religious leaders from all religions in the region.

Mr. Tomety is an expert in project management with over 10 years experience. Mr. Tomety is now a researcher at the University of Quebec Rimouski, leading projects on disaster management empowering local, provincial, and federal government with practices and solutions for population resiliency to natural disaster, namely floods. He hold a master in Civil Engineering and Geography.

Mr. KIEMDE Abdoul Raouf is a senior student in Anglophone Studies, specializing in American Culture at the Université Ouaga I Joseph Ki Zerbo. He was certified by American Language Institute for his mastery of the English language. Mr. Kiemde is debater and guest for many radio and TV stations.
